Cave In

Destruction has been
my theme
Self-pollution has
been the dream I dream
With no regard for
the right or the wrong
I left a path of
deprecation every where I’ve gone, oh oh
But when I look up I
can see your arms open wide
When I cave in, I
come running to you
There is nothing,
that on my own I can do
With everything to
gain, and nothing left to lose
I come running, and
when I cave in, I give in to you
Isolation has been my
goal
Independent thinking
cost me my soul
With no regard for
failure or success
I built a
fortification and gave it my best, oh oh
But when I lay down
my arms,
you’re right there by my side
you’re right there by my side
When I cave in, I
come running to you
There is nothing,
that on my own I can do
With everything to
gain, and nothing left to lose
I come running, and
when I cave in, I give in to you
